Accessibility

The Ice Cream Farm makes every effort to be as accessible as possible. Here is what we offer to our visitors.

Helpful tips for planning a visit to us:

We offer one Free Carer Entry Ticket per booking, providing that at least one valid Entry Ticket is purchased for any further members of the group, including those that require the personal assistance. T&Cs apply.

Look out for our monthly exclusive SEN Sessions with reduced capacity, lower noise, trained team members and relaxed play. See here for our upcoming SEN sessions.

View our sensory map to plan your visit and know what to expect before your visit.

The Ice Cream Farm makes every effort to ensure all our attractions and other facilities are accessible to as many of our visitors as possible. However The Loft and our party rooms, including The Ice Cave, are located upstairs with no lift access. We are happy to discuss alternative arrangements or if you require more information, please contact our team on 0800 133 7000.

Things to note whilst you are here:

We have Disabled parking in our central car park. These are on a first come, first served basis for those who have a Blue Badge. We do ask that the owner of the blue badge be present in the vehicle when parking.

Additional assistance is available for SEN Children with Ear defenders and sensory bags are available to collect from admissions. We also offer a Virtual Queue system (ask our Admissions Team for more information upon arrival) and you can exit through our admissions as we appreciate our retail shop can be overwhelming.

We offer QR food ordering in Sticky Paws Restaurant for easy dining.

We have a limited number of Wheelchairs available to hire at Admissions, a £20 refundable deposit is required.

We now have a new accessible toilet with an adult hoist, changing table and toilet. Please speak to our Admissions Team for access.

From Saturday 5th April we are open 9:30am-6pm daily, with The Ice Cream Drive In open 11am-6pm.
