Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1)
By entering the prize draw
you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2)
The prize draw is being run
by Serendipity2 Ltd, on the behalf of The Ice Cream Farm Ltd, Drumlan Hall
Farm, Newton Lane, Tattenhall, Chester, Cheshire, CH3 9NE.
Eligibility to Enter
3)
The prize draw is open to
entrants over 18 years of age who have visited The Ice Cream Farm in the last 4
years and have completed The Ice Cream Farm June 2024 Customer Survey in full.
4)
Any person that:
a)
is an employee of The Ice
Cream Farm or its holding or subsidiary companies;
b)
is an employee of agents or
suppliers of The Ice Cream Farm or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are
professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration;
c)
works at The Ice Cream Farm
or any other stations owned or operated by The Ice Cream Farm; or
d)
is a member of the immediate
families or households of (a), (b) or (c) above;
is not eligible to enter the prize draw.
The Ice Cream Farm reserves
the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds
to believe is, ineligible for the prize draw as a result of this condition.
5)
In entering the prize draw,
you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you
may win.
6)
A maximum of one entry per
individual is permitted.
7)
The prize draw is free to
enter.
How to Enter
8)
The Ice Cream Farm will
contact guests who have visited the site in the last 4 years and who are on the
mailing list. Upon completion of the survey, participants will see an opt-in
box to enter the free raffle prize draw. Guests will
then need to tick the box to confirm that they wish to enter the prize draw.
They will then be automatically entered into the draw.
9)
Entries after the survey has closed will not be included in the draw.
10) The Ice Cream Farm will not accept responsibility if
contact details provided are incomplete or
inaccurate.
The Prize
11) There are 5 separate prizes for a £100 Amazon gift
voucher.
12) The Ice Cream Farm’s use of specific brands as prizes does
not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
13) The winner will be drawn at random and supervised by an
independent person.
14) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash
alternatives will be offered.
15) We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another
prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it
necessary to do so.
16) The decision of The Ice Cream Farm regarding any aspect of
the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
about it.
Winner Announcement
17) The winner will be notified by Serendipity2 Ltd on behalf
of The Ice Cream Farm after 28th June 2024 via the email contacted as part of the survey process.
18) Serendipity2 will attempt to contact the winner by email up
to two times.
19) If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them
of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to
the prize, and The Ice Cream Farm reserves the right to choose and notify a new
winner.
Receipt of the Prize
20) Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or
alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual
agreement.
Data Protection and
Publicity
21) You consent to any personal information you provide in
entering the prize draw being used by The Ice Cream Farm for the purposes of
administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
22) All entrants may apply for details of the winning
participant by contacting info@serendipity2.com.
23) The winner agrees to the release of their first name to
other prize draw participants if requested via The Ice Cream Farm.
24) An announcement of the winners first name will be made via
The Ice Cream Farm’s website.
25) All personal information shall be used in accordance with
The Ice Cream Farm’s Privacy Policy.
Limitation of
Liability
26) The Ice Cream Farm does not accept any liability for any
damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of
either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that
The Ice Cream Farm does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury
as a result of its own negligence.
27) The Ice Cream Farm does not provide any form of practical
or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to
warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
General
28) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a
breach of these terms and conditions, The Ice Cream Farm may, at its sole
discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize
draw.
29) In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and
conditions, the conduct or results of the prize draw, or any other matter
relating to a prize draw, the decision of The Ice Cream Farm shall be final and
unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into,
comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by The Ice
Cream Farm.
30) The Ice Cream Farm reserves the right to hold void,
suspend, cancel, or amend all or any part of the prize draw where it becomes
necessary to do so. Any changes to these terms and conditions, or cancellation
of the draw, will be posted on the Website. It is the responsibility of
entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the terms and
conditions.
31) The Ice Cream Farm reserves the right at any time, and from
time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Prize
Draw at the end of any given month without notice.
32) The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be
governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
33) A copy of these terms and conditions may be obtained by
sending a written request and a stamped addressed envelope to: The Ice Cream
